The parcels are shipped from our warehouses located in Massachusetts and in California. We usually ship with USPS or DHL. Before delivering your order, the carrier will send you an email to inform you of the delivery day. You have the option to postpone the delivery for up to 3 days. If you do not respond, the delivery date will be as proposed by the carrier.
