Delivery times

  • For Belgium and Luxembourg :
    1 to 3 working days

  • For France, Germany and the United Kingdom :
    2 to 4 working days

  • For all other countries in the European Union :
    2 to 5 working days

Method of delivery

We usually work with the national postal service or with private transporters (GLS). Before delivering your parcel, the transporter sends you an SMS or an email informing you of the day on which he will call. You have the option of delaying delivery for up to 3 days. If you do not reply, the delivery date will be that proposed by the transporter.

Returns

The CUSTOMER essentially has the right to exchange or return the PRODUCT to the VENDOR or to a person appointed by the latter without undue delay and the latest within 30 days after informing about his decision to return, unless the VENDOR has offered to pick up the PRODUCT himself.

The return period expires 30 calendar days after the day on which the CUSTOMER or a third party appointed by the CUSTOMER (other than the carrier) takes physical delivery of the PRODUCT. If the order of the CUSTOMER contains several PRODUCTS and if these PRODUCTS are delivered separately, the return period expires 30 days after the day on which the CUSTOMER or a third party appointed by the CUSTOMER (other than the carrier) takes physical delivery of the last PRODUCT. To make use of the right to return, the CUSTOMER must notify about his decision to withdraw from this contract via an unambiguous declaration to: Lucimed S.A., Rue la Marais 12a, Zoning Industriel 4530, Villers-le-Bouillet, Belgium or info@lucimed.com. He can also use the attached form. In order to comply with the return period, the CUSTOMER must forward his decision regarding the use of the right to return before the expiry of the return period. In case of a return from the CUSTOMER, the VENDOR is supposed to refund the full amount paid including shipping charges without undue delay and under any circumstances, no later than 30 days starting from the day on which the VENDOR is informed about the decision of the CUSTOMER to return. The VENDOR shall proceed to refund using the same payment method that was used by the CUSTOMER for the initial transaction unless the CUSTOMER explicitly agrees for a different method and under any circumstances, the refund shall not result in any charges for the customer. The VENDOR can withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the CUSTOMER has provided a proof of shipment of goods, whichever is earlier.

The CUSTOMER must return the goods without undue delay and under any circumstances, no later than 30 days after informing about his decision to withdraw from this contract, to: Lucimed S.A., Rue la Marais 12a, Zoning Industriel 4530, Villers-le-Bouillet, Belgium. The deadline is considered to be met if the CUSTOMER returns the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day return period. The CUSTOMER must take care of the direct costs of returning the goods. The PRODUCT must be returned according to the instructions of the VENDOR and more importantly, must include all delivered accessories. The liability of the CUSTOMER rests only regarding the depreciation of the goods resulting from manipulations other than those which are necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the PRODUCT. In other words, the CUSTOMER is allowed to test the PRODUCT but he will be held responsible if he makes manipulations other than those which are necessary. The PRODUCTS are packed according to the current shipping standards in order to guarantee maximum protection for the PRODUCTS during SHIPPING. The CUSTOMERS must follow the same standards while returning the PRODUCTS. As such, the CUSTOMER is allowed to return the PRODUCT which is not suitable in its original packaging and not in a good condition for reselling.
